Along with Georgia, Azerbaijan has signed a great number of agreements on cooperation in the sphere of defense with Georgia and Turkey over the last years.
It was announced by Secretary of the parliamentary faction of the Armenian National Congress Aram Manukyan in his interview with News.am reporter.
Armenia is still in isolation from economic and political standpoint and it has already reached a dangerous level.
“It is sad, but it is reality. Azerbaijan has signed oil deals worth around $35bn for the coming years whereas foreign investments of Armenia on average total $500m on average annually, a drop of 60% from 2012,” Manukyan said noting that investments and foreign contacts of Armenia go down at a fast pace while relationships in the region strengthen outside Armenia, said Manukyan.
Azerbaijan and France signed technical cooperation agreement in the field of defense in Paris as part of Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov's recent official visit to France.
