The persons in charge reported that the areas had been completely improved and provided with all the conditions necessary for people’s recreation. The yards have been furnished with bowers and benches, children’s playgrounds; new irrigation and lighting systems had been installed. It was reported that the residents took active part in the whole process. “One of our principles is to get informed of people’s opinions while carrying out the process of yard improvement and construction of new parks. All these initiatives are for our citizens and they are to manage the well-arranged areas. Seeing the happy faces of the children and grown-ups enjoying the new recreation zones inspires us to expand the program and improve all the areas. I am sure that in the future we will have no badly-arranged yards”, noted Taron Margaryan.
The Mayor also visited the yard areas at Babajanyan 39 and Andraniki 142 in B-1 quarter where complex improvement had been carried out. A small football ground has been constructed at the buildings 131,133,134 in B-2 quarter. The residents of the yards expressed gratitude to the Mayor for the improvement of their yards which used to be neglected for years.
