Ван Лэй теперь стал местной звездой. Daily Mail Ван Лэй - двойник Ким Чен Ына. 32-летний китаец Ван Лэй решился лечь под нож, чтобы стать двойником лидера КНДР Ким Чен Ына. Как сообщает The Daily Mail, житель города Накин (провинция Цзянсу) сразу стал местной знаменитостью. Двойника Ким Чен Ына часто нанимают для выступления на различных развлекательных мероприятиях.

A Chinese actress in the media spotlight made even more headlines this week when she came across a man impersonating the North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. Actress Liu Zixuan, 31, who has been attracting media attention after announcing her intentions to undergo cosmetic surgery, was being followed by paparazzi in the city of Nanjing, capital of east China’s Jiangsu Province, when she ran into the Kim Jong-un impersonator known as Wang Lei. Liu, who was on her way to the doctor’s office, stopped for photos with Wang, and even invited him for a game of golf as both saw it as an opportunity to gain more attention. While it’s not unusual for celebrities to undergo any form of plastic surgery, many actresses - or actors - are subject to media attention as they can be seen as the demographic that has pioneered cosmetic surgery in China. Successful surgery on a celebrity often also starts similar surgical trends amongst the rich, beauty-seeking citizens in the country and fascination in those that also aspire to do the same for themselves. Impersonator Wang’s outfit was particularly impressive as he sported the North Korean leader’s infamous hairdo, as well as his dark grey suit, even greeting passers-by in a similar fashion to Kim Jong-un. Liu Zixuan, a model and actress, has played supporting roles in a number of Chinese films. She is also known to many as one of the country’s more "beautiful yet intelligent" celebrities, being a graduate from the Central Academy of Drama - China’s uppermost institute for the dramatic arts. In April this year Liu underwent breast enlargement surgery, making her the subject of a lot of media attention. She said she hoped the surgery would bring her newfound confidence, and that after she "makes it" in the film industry, she hopes to marry a husband who is "tall, rich, and handsome". (ends)
